Following our series of live-streams to YouTube during the first COVID-19 lockdown – we have now installed a permanent camera (online above between 8am and 8pm daily), and a new sound system, in St Joseph’s Chapel at Lawside. We are grateful to an anonymous donor who has funded this project which enables those who are unable to return to their own church at this time to keep in touch.
Sunday Masses and daily Masses may also be available (livestreamed) from St Mary’s, Lochee, St Joseph’s, Dundee, Ss Peter and Paul’s, Dundee, St Pius X in Dundee, Our Lady of Victories in Dundee, St Fergus’ in Forfar, St Fillan’s in Crieff, St Bernadette’s in Tullibody, Holy Family, Dunblane and St Stephen’s in Blairgowrie.
The beautiful Chapel of St Joseph’s is located at the heart of the Diocese of Dunkeld, in the city of Dundee. For over 150 years it was used by the Sisters of Mercy – and today the surrounding buildings form the Pastoral Centre and diocesan offices of Bishop Stephen Robson. The Convent is now home to Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Mother of Christ, who have recently brought their ministry to Scotland.
