Pastoral visit to St Mary’s Magdalene’s, Perth
On Sunday 2nd October, Bishop Stephen celebrated Mass with parishioners at St Mary Magdalene’s parish in Perth. It was his first visit to the parish since Fr Bogdan’s recent appointment there in July this year. It was also an opportunity for Bishop Stephen to meet Perth’s Polish community in their new home. Our Lady’s Primary raise £775 for Macmillan Cancer Research Funds.
A coffee hour was held in by P6 pupils at Our Lady’s Primary School, Forebank, Dundee, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Research Funds. The amount raised was £775. Well done to the pupils of P6 and to their teachers, Mrs Stewart and Miss Nugent, for organising the event.

Union of Catholic Mothers’ 75th anniversary in Perth
St John the Baptist RC Church, Perth, Union of Catholic Mothers celebrated their 75th anniversary. Holy Mass was celebrated by Canon Steven Mulholland and concelebrated by Fr Michael Carrie, UCM Diocesan Chaplain. A celebratory meal followed where guests included the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart, Mother of Christ who have moved into the parish.
